We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 2 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Available shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery and tracking

Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Please inspect the package and products promptly after delivery.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact service@aloadecor.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the information and arrange replacement parts, a replacement product or another appropriate resolution.

If a package appears significantly damaged at delivery, you may refuse it. Please notify us if you refuse a delivery so we can track its return.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, or the return is required because of an error by ALOADECOR. Contact us before sending any return.
