We hope that your purchase meets your expectations. However, if there's any issue with an item you bought from us, you can, within 30 days counting from reception date, send it back to us, so that we may exchange or refund it, depending on what suits you best. Please be aware that it is only applicable to items that fulfill the following requirements:

- All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. 
- The product must have not been assembled.

All products that have been altered, damaged post-reception, or that do not meet the previously mentioned requirements will not be accepted.

Please note that unless your item is damaged on arrival, or has to be returned due to an error from us, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please carefully inspect your parcel upon delivery to make sure that it hasn’t been damaged during shipping. 

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the USA. We normally ship out in 2 working days following confirmation of your order. We also provide free shipping on orders over $50.00.

Returning a Purchase

* Please email us at service@aloadecor.com with the following information:
- your order ID
- reasons for the return
- any picture, document or information that supports the claim for return.
We’ll process your request and contact you as soon as possible, following successful reception of your email.

* Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. In case of incomplete or inappropriate packaging, a re-stocking fee can be applied (up to 15%).

* It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number, and email it to us. We will need it in case there are any issues during transit. A refund may take up to an extra 3-5 days to be fully processed, upon reception of your package.

Not as Advertised

* All product pictures are captured from the genuine item.

* If the product is suspected to be not as advertised, please notify us right away with description & pictures reflecting of the discrepancy.

* Please pay attention to the product description before notifying us. Some items can vary due to their assembly or crafting process (e.g.: items containing handmade or forged elements).

Defective or damaged product & missing parts

* In case of a product delivered damaged, or with missing parts, please notify us right away by providing pictures and a description. We will arrange for replacement or to send the missing parts at no charge as soon as possible. Please be aware that any damaged caused intentionally or accidently following reception will not be considered, unless they result from an attested manufacturer’s defect.

* In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the care given when creating them, thus we will work with you to solve manufacturing issues on your item.

Suspected or Actual Damage

* If the package appears significantly damaged, you may refuse the delivery. Once we receive back that damaged package, we will send a new one. Please notify us if you refuse your delivery, so that we can anticipate its return.

* If you accepted a package and then discovered that parts are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. It will be required in case of a return of the product.

* If you decide you do not want to receive the missing parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy. If your product was delivered damaged, or if we made an error that cannot be remedied with new parts or a whole unit replacement, we will pay the shipping costs for you to return the item to us.
